Dezember 2018.<\/strong>\u00a0Die Real I.S. AG hat das B\u00fcroprojekt Airfield Office in der Konrad-Zuse-Stra\u00dfe in B\u00f6blingen im Rahmen eines Forward Commitments f\u00fcr den Real I.S. Regionalfonds S\u00fcddeutschland erworben. Verk\u00e4ufer ist eine Joint-Venture-Gesellschaft des Projektentwicklers W2 Development GmbH aus Stuttgart und des M\u00fcnchner Investmentspezialisten Competo Capital Partners GmbH. \u00dcber den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart. Der neue, f\u00fcnfgeschossige Geb\u00e4udekomplex bietet auf \u00fcber 11.400 Quadratmetern attraktive B\u00fcro-, Gastronomie- und Gewerbefl\u00e4chen. Hinzu kommen 186 Pkw-Stellpl\u00e4tze in zwei Tiefgaragenebenen. Hauptmieter in der nahezu vollvermieteten Immobilie ist die Harman Becker Automotive Systems GmbH, eine Tochtergesellschaft von Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Die Fertigstellung des Geb\u00e4udes ist f\u00fcr das 1. Quartal 2019 geplant.<\/p>\n
