With a total investment volume of over 2 billion euros, we are involved in an average of approximately 20 to 25 ongoing project developments. Since our founding in 2007, we have partnered in over 50 property developments, providing both equity and mezzanine capital. We aim to continue and expand this successful track record. Mezzanine capital
For projects with a low risk profile, Competo invests in mezzanine capital. This type of capital bridges the gap between bank loans and the project developer’s equity. Consequently, mezzanine capital is subordinate to bank loans and any third-party claims, but is positioned above the project developer’s equity.
