Our company
Competo Capital Partners is the investment and asset management specialist for individually tailored real estate investments.
We are owner-managed and independent, based in Munich. Our core competence: individually tailored real estate investments in Germany – with investment capital under management of almost five billion euros. Thanks to the involvement of two entrepreneurial foundations as strategic co-shareholders – the Körber Foundation in 2013 and the Joachim Herz Foundation in 2017 – we are able to demonstrate our real estate expertise, particularly among foundations.
We always aim high in real estate. The economic success of our business partners and investors is our biggest incentive.

The goals of their customers are also their goals: Ralf Simon and Thomas Pscherer personally identify with sustainable corporate success.
Managing partners Ralf Simon and Thomas Pscherer founded Competo Capital Partners in 2007. With investment capital of almost five billion euros under management, they have succeeded in establishing Competo as a specialist for individually tailored investments for German family offices, foundations and medium-sized institutional investors. Both partners can draw on more than 30 years of professional experience – and this is no coincidence: as qualified bankers and business graduates, both built up the Real Estate Investment Banking division of Hypo-Vereinsbank at the end of the 1990s. From 2003 to 2007, they were managing partners of the equity investment company LBBW Immobilien Capital GmbH, before finally starting a new successful chapter with Competo Capital Partners.

The team consists of experienced experts specializing in project development, asset management, financing, civil engineering and law. Our team members are the guarantors of success for the conception and implementation of investments in real estate projects as well as in the management of existing properties. Professional know-how and years of experience in a well-established and well-coordinated team are the basis for cooperation with our business partners and investors.
