On the outskirts of Hamburg, in Norderstedt, we acquired a property of approximately 2,200 sqm on behalf of the Joachim Herz Foundation. On this site, we developed the residential complex ‘Embacher Dreieck,’ featuring 28 modern apartments and corresponding underground parking spaces. About 30 percent of the apartments were built as affordable rental housing, while the remaining units were leased at market rates. The renowned Hamburg-based architectural firm Kitzmann Architekten designed the high-quality building complex and also managed the project as the general planner, overseeing the construction of the residential buildings until they were handed over to the tenants.
