Quest Investment Partners and Competo have acquired an office complex at Baseler Strasse 46-48/Gutleutstrasse 80-82 in Frankfurt am Main. The approximately 4,700 sqm property also includes 129 parking spaces. Baseler Strasse 46-48 is one of the last development sites in the Bahnhofsviertel, between the trade fair, the main railway station and the city center. The Kreisler, the new headquarters of Nestlé Deutschland AG, is being built here. The 12-story tiered new build stands 45 meters tall and offers approximately 24,000 sqm of rental space, around 2,200 sqm of green roof terraces and outdoor areas, as well as shaded outdoor workspaces.
