On the approximately 10,000-sqm site of the former Kuvertfabrik (KUPA) in Munich’s Pasing district, four residential buildings and a mixed-use building with residential units and commercial spaces on the ground floor have been developed. The centerpiece of the district is the renovated former Kuvertfabrik, now featuring modern office environments. The plans for the district were designed by the Munich-based architecture firm ASW Allmann Sattler Wappner. The Pasing location is known for its vibrancy, a blend of established surroundings, diverse shopping options, and excellent accessibility, attracting an increasing number of people.
