On a site of approximately 2,000 sqm in Düsseldorf’s “Le Quartier Central,” we, in partnership with Pandion AG, have developed an office building with 8,900 sqm of rental space. The design comes from the renowned Düsseldorf-based architecture firm HPP Hentrich-Petschnigg Partner. The project features two interconnected six-story buildings, each with its own entrance, lobby, and elevator core. The two-story underground garage accommodates 125 cars. In the summer of 2018, Real I.S. AG acquired the office building for the Immobilien-Spezial-AIF Real I.S. BGV VI.
