In the heart of Munich, a striking new building is redefining urban living both architecturally and conceptually. The development, called “Van B,” is situated on a 2,400-sqm site and designed by renowned architect Ben van Berkel (UNStudio). It is located near Munich’s new creative district. The project includes 142 apartments ranging from approximately 33 to 172 sqm. The floor plans delineate only the walls for rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens, while other areas are flexible and can be customized with sliding, partially collapsible interiors. Additionally, the development features office spaces accommodating up to six office units and 59 workstations.
