VIVAO – our joint subsidiary with Quest Investment Partners – is headquartered in Munich. The portfolio under management amounts to around three billion euros, spread across 30 properties in Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Mainz, Stuttgart, and Ulm.
Our goal is to position our investors’ portfolios to achieve optimal performance – enhancing current returns while unlocking untapped value potential.
