VIVAO – Investment & Asset Management
Our new subsidiary VIVAO, which we founded with Quest Investment Partners, is based in Munich. The portfolio under management amounts to around 3 billion euros, spread across approximately 30 properties in the regions of Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Mainz, Stuttgart and Ulm.
VIVAO’s aim is to position the real estate portfolios it manages for investors in the best possible way in order to continuously increase current returns on the one hand and exploit existing value creation potential on the other.
The basis for this is always intensive asset management of the properties with three key components: active letting management, the establishment of an efficient service provider structure and an optimized cost structure.
We also create added value in particular by supporting construction measures: Starting with the conceptual and structural optimization of individual building sections and areas through to the complete refurbishment or new construction of properties.
Through the interplay of commercial and technical asset management measures, we can optimally support the portfolios we manage throughout all market phases.
