Completed at the end of 2020, the CREMON 1 development, along with the adjacent ‘Hohe Brücke’ site, serves as the gateway to maritime trade in the Hanseatic city. The nine-story building offers around 2,400 sqm of space for residential, office, and retail use. Designed by the renowned architecture firm gmp von Gerkan, Mark Partner, its architecture is inspired by the neighboring ‘Haus der Seefahrt’ and integrates seamlessly into the historic surroundings.
