The CREMON 3 building, which dates back to the 1970s, was completely renovated in 2018 and given a new façade. The office building is located in Hamburg’s historic city center, between Nikolaifleet and the inland port. From there, it is just a few minutes’ walk to the town hall and HafenCity. The building offers a rental area of 4,500 sqm over seven floors.
