In the Synergiepark Stuttgart – the largest commercial district in the state capital – the office and commercial building ‘NEO’ was completed at the end of 2020. This seven-story office building features nearly 18,000 sqm of total usable space, a two-story underground garage with 339 parking spaces, and 23 additional outdoor parking spots. Designed by the Stuttgart-based architectural firm willwersch architekten bda riba, the building combines modern commercial spaces with a fitness center on the ground floor and flexible office areas on the upper floors.
