The office building at Mainzer Landstrasse 47, in the heart of Frankfurt’s banking district, in the immediate vicinity of the Alte Oper, was designed by Frankfurt architects TEK TO NIK and is striking due to its unusual façade design. It offers 3,400 sqm of high-quality office rental space and 24 parking spaces. Each floor has balconies, and the top floor has a terrace. The building was certified DGNB Silver. Zurich Group Germany from Bonn has acquired the new office building, whose tenants include GLS Bank.
