In the heart of Stuttgart’s city center at Königsstraße 35 – one of Germany’s busiest shopping streets – Competo, together with our long-term partner W2 Development GmbH, has acquired a new office and commercial building. The original structure, built in 1911 and rebuilt after being destroyed in 1949, was demolished and replaced with a six-story building. This new development will feature around 3,700 sqm of commercial space, including both office and retail areas, as well as an underground parking garage. The project has been designed by the renowned Stuttgart-based architectural firm, willwersch architekten bda riba.
