Hadi Teherani (BRT Architekten) has designed a striking building called ’88 North’ on Riesstraße, situated between Olympiapark with its many recreational opportunities and the Olympia shopping mall. The building provides over 48,000 sqm of office space, accommodating 1,400 workstations. Its design, reminiscent of two horizontal eights, features six upper floors and an underground garage with approximately 580 parking spaces. This office property, renowned for its sustainability, energy efficiency, and flexibility, houses tenants from consulting, IT, and technology sectors, as well as law firms, financial and business consultancies, engineering companies, and agencies. The ground floor will also include a restaurant. In June 2015, the French institutional investor Amundi Real Estate acquired the property from joint venture partners Hammer AG and Competo for its open OPCI fund, already invested in Germany.
