Together with the Düsseldorf-based INTERBODEN Group, Competo acquired a nearly 2,000 sqm plot of land for the construction of a mixed-use office and residential building. This site is one of the last development opportunities in the section of the Medienhafen area directly facing Düsseldorf’s city center. In keeping with its exclusive location, the new H2Sieben building not only has high-quality office and retail space, but also 46 attractive residential apartments with an individual and exquisite range of services that are also available to office users. In February 2018 – shortly before the start of construction – Competo secured the purchase contract for the new building project for the Körber Foundation from Hamburg.
