The StadtQuartier Schloßstraße has developed into an exceptionally attractive urban and architectural district, revitalizing the former Kaufhof site, which had been vacant for years, into a pedestrian zone. The mixed-use development features offices, retail spaces, a fitness center, a hotel, a care facility, and a parking garage. The project was completed in partnership with Fortress Immobilien AG and GRS Beteiligungen GmbH. The approximately 36,200 square meters of rental space has been acquired by PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, one of Europe’s leading real estate investment companies, for its new public investment fund.
