The HERECON Group, based in Prien am Chiemsee, is developing a Holiday Inn Express hotel in the north of Munich and one in Olching.
Together, the two hotels will have 197 modern rooms and 89 parking spaces.
Long-term lease agreements have already been concluded with the Tristar Hotel Group from Berlin for both hotels.
