Competo Capital Partners provides equity or mezzanine capital in interesting real estate development projects in Germany in the office, residential, retail, logistics and hotel sectors. Competo focuses on long-term partnerships with developers here - over many years and projects.

On average, Competo is involved in around 20 - 25 on going development projects with a total investment volume of approximately 1.9 billion euros. Since the start of 2007, Competo has been involved as a partner in around 50 developments for equity and mezzanine capital.

Eigenkapital

Im Rahmen eines Joint-Ventures begleitet Competo die Projektentwickler als Kapitalpartner bei der Realisierung von Developments in den Bereichen Büro, Wohnen, Einzelhandel, Logistik und Hotel.

Mezzanine Kapital

Bei Projektentwicklungen mit einem niedrigen Risikograd beteiligt sich Competo mit Mezzanine-Kapital. Das Mezzanine-Kapital ist dabei so gestaltet, dass es die Lücke zwischen Bankdarlehen und Eigenkapital des Entwicklers schließt. Das Mezzanine-Kapital ist daher stets nachrangig zum Bankdarlehen sowie zu allen Drittforderungen, aber vorrangig zum Eigenkapital des Projektentwicklers.
