Our long-standing project partner, PANDION AG, is building a residential quarter with 128 apartments and six commercial units on a plot of approximately 3,000 sqm in Berlin-Mitte. The eponymous Wallstrasse is located in the immediate vicinity of the Spree Canal. The street is characterized by numerous historic buildings, into which the new structure designed by the Berlin architecture firm Höhne fits seamlessly. The building comprises four sections, each with its own separate entrance, and the apartments face an internal private garden.
